Platform Rules
All Papscashback rules apply to the B2B marketplace
The Papscashback Terms of Service govern every buyer, supplier and transaction on this marketplace, exactly as they do across the rest of the platform.
1. The service
Papscashback B2B connects bulk buyers with manufacturers, factories, wholesalers, exporters and importers. We provide the marketplace, quotation workflow and cashback programme. Suppliers are responsible for their products, production and shipments.
2. Cashback programme
Where a B2B transaction is eligible, the Papscashback cashback rules apply: cashback is credited to your in-app wallet, can be applied to future purchases or withdrawn to a linked account, and cancelled orders do not earn cashback. Rates may be adjusted with 30 days' notice.
3. Payments
All payments are processed in-app. Quoted prices, currencies and payment terms are confirmed with the supplier before any order is placed.
4. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled free of charge before production begins. Once production has started, the supplier's agreed cancellation terms apply.
5. Acceptable use
Treat buyers and suppliers with respect. Discrimination, harassment, false listings or misrepresentation of a business may result in permanent removal from the platform. Suppliers undergo business verification before listing.
