1. The service
papscashback connects riders with independent drivers in Accra and Kumasi. We provide the booking platform, fare calculation, and the cashback programme. Drivers are responsible for the safe operation of their vehicles.
2. Cashback programme
Eligible users earn 5% cashback on completed ride fares. Cashback is credited to your in-app wallet and can be applied to future rides or withdrawn to a linked mobile money account. Cancelled rides do not earn cashback. We may adjust the cashback rate with 30 days' notice in the app.
3. Fares and payments
Fares are calculated before you confirm a ride and include the estimated distance, time, and demand conditions. Final fares may vary if the route changes during the trip. All payments are processed in-app; we accept mobile money and cards.
4. Cancellations
You may cancel free of charge before your driver starts moving toward you. A cancellation fee may apply if the driver has already begun the trip toward your pick-up point.
5. Acceptable use
Treat drivers with respect. Discrimination, harassment, or damage to a vehicle may result in permanent removal from the platform. Drivers undergo identity verification and vehicle screening before their first trip.
