When you use papscashback, we collect the information needed to provide the service: your name, phone number, email address, ride history, payment method, and location data while the app is in use. We collect location data only when the app is running, to match you with nearby drivers and calculate accurate fares.

2. How we use your information

We use your information to operate the service: connecting you with drivers, processing payments, calculating and paying out your cashback, providing customer support, and improving the app. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Cashback and payments

Cashback is calculated as 5% of completed ride fares and is credited to your papscashback wallet. Wallet balance is subject to the payout terms described in our Terms of Service. We retain transaction records for tax and accounting compliance.

4. Data sharing

We share limited information with your assigned driver (pick-up location and destination) and with payment processors to complete transactions. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect the safety of our users.

5. Cookies

This website uses cookies to remember your preferences and to understand how visitors use the site. You can disable cookies in your browser settings at any time; the site will continue to function, though some features may be limited.

We also show advertising through third-party vendors, including Google. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to this site and/or other sites on the internet.

6. Advertising and ad personalisation

• your approximate location, derived from your IP address rather than from GPS or your precise position;
• device and browser information, such as device type, operating system, browser, language and screen size;
• a cookie or similar identifier that recognises your browser across visits and, where those vendors operate, across other websites.

That information is used to show ads that are more relevant to you, to limit how often you see the same ad, to measure ad performance and reach, and to detect invalid or automated traffic.

We do not pass your Papscash account details, such as your name, phone number, email address, ride history, wallet balance or payment details, to Google or its advertising partners for ad personalisation. Those partners collect their own information through cookies and similar technologies placed by their own scripts on this site, as described in section 5.

You can control personalised advertising at any time: adjust or switch off personalisation in Google My Ad Center and Google Ads Settings, opt out of participating vendors at aboutads.info, or change your choice with Cookie settings. Opting out of personalised advertising does not remove ads; you will continue to see non-personalised advertising.

Where the law requires it, including for visitors in the United Kingdom and the European Economic Area, advertising and analytics cookies are set only after you consent, and you may withdraw that consent at any time. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and use browser or platform advertising controls such as your device's ad settings.

7. Your rights

You may request a copy of your data, correct it, or ask us to delete your account at any time by contacting us at hello@papscashback.com. We will respond within 30 days.
