How ride cashback works
- Cashback is issued only after a trip reaches its qualifying status (completed and paid) - never at booking, and never for cancelled trips.
- One reward per trip: recorded exactly once in your Cashback Pool.
- Eligible rewards can reduce the cost of future rides when the programme supports it; ride credits never convert back to withdrawable cash.
- Driver earnings and driver incentives are tracked separately from passenger cashback.
