Cashback depends on the business, the category and the current rules. It moves from pending to approved to available as the order is confirmed. If an order is refunded, its cashback is reversed.

Cashback is paid only on eligible purchases from participating businesses. Each purchase is checked against the current rules, and some purchases earn nothing. You can always see why a purchase did or did not earn cashback.
